How long will my order take to arrive?
Because our apparel is custom-printed to order to prevent wasteful overproduction, please allow 14 Business Days . There is an option for express printing but there is a premium fee for this. Once dispatched via Australia Post, standard domestic shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your order leaves our facility.

How do I know I am ordering the right size?
To ensure the perfect fit for the clinic or casual wear, a comprehensive Size Guide link is located on every individual product page right next to the size selection dropdown. We highly recommend measuring your favourite fitting clinic polo or t-shirt flat across the chest and comparing it to our chart before ordering.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Because every single item is custom-made to order to maximise our funding efficiency for CARF, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, if your merchandise arrives damaged, or there is a rare print defect, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
